What photo should I send?
A clear, well-lit photo where faces are visible. Phone photos are fine. You can combine people and pets from different photos.
How long does it take?
Five days as standard. Priority (3 days), Express (1 day) and Same-day rush are available when you order, with the ready-by date shown before you pay.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. Two rounds of minor revisions (colours, expressions, small details) are included within 14 days of delivery. Bigger changes like adding a person or a new pose are quoted as new work.
How do I pay, and in which currency?
Cards are charged in pesos (₱) for customers in the Philippines and in US dollars ($) everywhere else. In the Philippines you can also pay by GCash or bank transfer.
What file do I receive?
A high-resolution PNG, ready to print or share, on a private download page that stays open for 30 days.
Is any of it AI?
No. Every portrait is drawn line by line by Gee or Coleen.
